To establish the quality objectives of our organization and to delight customers, FUTURE implemented the ISO 9001 QMS in 2000. Our Quality Management System (QMS) ensures that best practices are identified and implemented throughout the organization, with a continuing challenge to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Moreover, we utilize advanced process techniques to support and service our products to deliver impeccable services on time. At FUTURE, Quality, continual improvement and customer satisfaction are the personal responsibility of each associate as we relentlessly enhance the effectiveness of the QMS to attain our quality objectives.
Environment
 
It is the policy of Future Communications Company (FUTURE) to comply, at a minimum, with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Kuwaiti EPA regulations, code of practices and other environmental requirements to which the company subscribes and adhere to. FUTURE is committed in managing all phases of its operations to minimize adverse effects on the environment and to protect the health and safety of its associates and the communities in which we operate. As part of this, FUTURE has implemented an Environment Management System (EMS) on ISO 14001 guidelines in 2003. FUTURE is also committed to continually enhance and improve its EMS to ensure that it is appropriate and effective in achieving our environmental goals and objectives.
