Our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) ensures that best practices are identified and implemented throughout the organization, with a continuing challenge to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Moreover, we utilize advanced process techniques to support and service our products to deliver impeccable services on time. At FUTURE, Quality, continual improvement and customer satisfaction are the personal responsibility of each associate as we relentlessly enhance the effectiveness of the QMS to attain our quality objectives.

It is the policy of Future Communications Company (FUTURE) to comply, at a minimum, with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Kuwaiti EPA (Environment Public Authority) regulations, code of practices and other environmental requirements to which the company subscribes and adhere to. FUTURE is committed in managing all phases of its operations to minimize adverse effects on the environment and to protect the health and safety of its associates and the communities in which we operate. As part of this, FUTURE has implemented an Environment Management System (EMS) on ISO 14001 requirements in year 2003. The reassessment has been done and we are certified for the revised version of ISO 14001:2004 certificate. FUTURE is also committed to continually enhance and improve its EMS to ensure that it is appropriate and effective in achieving our environmental goals and objectives.

Occupational health and safety is a cross-disciplinary area concerned with protecting the safety, health and welfare of people engaged in work or employment. The goal of all occupational health and safety programs is to foster a safe work environment. As a secondary effect, it may also protect FUTURE co-workers, family members, employers, customers, suppliers, nearby communities, and other members of the public who are impacted by the workplace environment. It may involve interactions among many subject areas, including occupational medicine, occupational (or industrial) hygiene, public areas, safety engineering, chemistry, and health physics. FUTURE was certified for Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series OHSAS 18001:2007 in the year 2009.
